The Portofino Harbour Yacht Club is a private club for slip owners and tenants only. We are located in Clear Lake Shores, Texas on Clear Lake/Galveston Bay near Houston. The club was founded on August 18, 2009.
The mission of the Portofino Harbour Yacht Club is to serve the interests of its members by promoting recreational boating, boating safety, boating education and related activities including cruising, sailing, fishing, waterfront activities and social functions. In the pursuit of these goals, the Club shall work to advance the sport of yachting, including sailing, racing, powerboating and cruising, impart fellowship among the yachting community, encourage good sportsmanship and introduce youth to the sport of sailing and boating.
This is an exciting time for us Portofino’ers. Our facilities are in the process of being upgraded due to Hurricane IKE and we are now officially a yacht club.

August 14 & 15, 2010
Teams must consist of 5 members. One of the 5 members must be a minor! Building materials will only consist of cardboard, duck-tape and paint. Registration Form & Rules
